Furniture Place NZ is a retail furniture shop with showroom open 7 days, all our products are on display and buyers or agents are welcome to view. Select and compare between our different models or styles before buying, we are not selling products based on photo or internet descriptions only, so we will not accept change of mind or “product is not as expected”.
All of our products carry one year RTB warranty. Warranty will not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, this warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship under normal household usage.
All of our products sold are under RTB term condition, RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us and we will fix or replace the goods, we will not take any risk to pay for return or exchange furniture or going to your place to exchange or fix if you think it has any imperfections or faults, but we would be more than happy to fix the returned product and send it back at our own cost, or, send you the replacing parts. The minor imperfections is normally easy to be fixed on the buyer's end.
It is important for buyers to read the above Sale Terms & Conditions carefully as by using our website, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
The Consumer Guarantees Act doesn’t apply to goods usually used for commercial use.
